Just arrived. Very old Taghan Ersari Turkmen mid carpet.These are identified by their unique colour combinations with dark indigo contrasting with light indigo.This can be seen in the secondary guls of this carpet as a diagonal towards one end.Condition is good for age with reduced pile in some places.The design is very lively with a good balance between Main guls and boder motifs.A very rare carpet.(SOLD)
