Yakub Khani Baluchi carpet from N.W.Afghanistan.This design is sometimes known as the "pencil box" due to its long rectangular motifs.Stong abrash through this carpet.Colour is always red and dark indigo blue with a white inner border.These rugs are hard to find these days.
